These terms apply to cencaltinting.com and services from Cen Cal Tinting ("Cen Cal Tinting").

1. Quotes and pricing. Quotes are estimates based on the vehicle and options you choose. Each quote shows how long it's valid. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins.
2. Appointments and deposits. Some services require a deposit to book. A deposit goes toward your final bill. Reschedule at least 24 hours ahead and the deposit moves with you. Cancel inside 24 hours, or miss the appointment, and the deposit is kept.
3. Payment. Payment is due when work is complete unless agreed otherwise. Financing, when offered, is provided by third-party lenders under their own terms.
4. Warranty. Film and workmanship warranties are as stated on your invoice or warranty card.
5. Window tint laws. You are responsible for choosing film that complies with California law for your vehicle. We'll advise on legal limits.
6. Text messages. By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to texts, you agree to receive service texts as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
7. Website use. Don't misuse the site, attempt to access it without permission, or collect data from it by automated means.
8. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved.
9. Governing law. California law applies. Disputes are handled in Fresno County, California.
10. Changes. We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
